hi all. along way from it right now as my bristlenose's r only babies but just about to get a few more babies of roughly the same age. wot r the best dimensions for a BN cave ? i am handmaking a few out of slate as i have just got a 4 foot tank and would like to put the caves in and design it now as to not change things in the future. i will probably be making 2 out of slate and mabybe 1 or 2 out of terracota plant pots but would like to know the best dimensions of the cave's u found ur bn's preffered ? thanks rickie

the slate caves i make for mine are 5cm w 4cm h 15cm long

If deano's having success with that size - I'd listen to him.
Or if you can get your hands on the terracotta "D" caves, they are the perfect size IMO.
