hi there i was cleaning out my tank and moved a piece of bog wood out the way to get in the corner an realised there was bn eggs there the male shot of to the other end of the tank so i put the wood straight back and he has gone back to them which he seems to be fannin from what i can see because he little fins are goin ten to the dozen is this a good sign still or not and the tank has only got bn's in if all goes well would the fry be okay with the rest of the bn's or should they be moved help needed thanks

Its a good sign that he's fanning the eggs, The fry will be fine with other bn's.

You may find it easier to have a grow out tank as its very tricky to clean a tank with the babies about (is in my community tank anyway). Also, you may find this a regular thing and they can produce a lot of babies, just a warning.
