I have actually found a centre very close to me selling two "Wild Caught L046" plecos. These are £250 each and I am contemplating getting one just after christmas. Think I should go for it?

You can get them in aus, quite easily in fact. Problem is they are extremely expensive. Minimum price would be $700 for 2.5-3cm fry. Alot more for adults Sad
