hi every one i have returned home today with a new bristlenose from my lfs. i spoke to the owner about them and he belived them to be common bristlenose. butttt.

They are wild court from some ware far away. and have been labled as L72 this is definate no mistake this is what they have been sent as. anyway they are similar but there are few differences i have noticed.

spots are larger but less visible
skin/scales are more amor like
a lot of them where shorter in the face
bristle on the males where tall but very thin. almost see through
bristle are more prominent on females than usual

please help with advice

Moved to correct area Smile

well its def not a L72 (L072), which is a Peckolita species. this looks like a common to me. The dots on the fins are a bit more obvious but the armour plating is no more than some of mine.

That said, ID isnt my strong suit. Over hear we just get commons, peps and orangespots Sad
