| When I went to feed my fish this morning I heard something tapping on the glass. Then I saw what it was. This poor little cory stuck fast in a screwcumber. He couldn't move either way so I held his tail and unscrewed him. I had my camera by me so I took this blurry photo with my left hand first. He swam away ok but I don't think he was hurt although he was clearly stressed by the look of his heaving little flanks. This happened because they had eaten the cucumber to an empty shell overnight and it had slipped off the screw. | |

| What are the odds of that happening Corys are usually hardy so hopefully it will be OK I remember having to get one out of the jaws of a young Oscar, the cory swam off and looked totally unphased by the ordeal and the Oscar was left swimmimg around with its mouth wide open for a week. | |
