My big male who I have noticed after he mated or around the same time has become a rich yellow on his head and body around the red spot on the head. The coloration looks good on him, just wondering.

Mine is no albino, although I have noticed, that before spawning his colour takes a harsher tone.
Has that anything to do with making an impression on the female?

the colour of an albino is not set. They will vary their colour with variations in water parameters, diet, age, stress and sexual activity. I have had some go from almost white to almost pink and back again.

Nothing to worry about Very Happy

My male is two different colours at the moment. Not quite sure what that means, but he's been getting a little cheesed off with one of the two females of late.
