i have about a 6.5cm common bn and i want to know when he will be able to breed? I am going to start working on finding a "wife" for him :heart:

its not so much a size thing, its a age thing. if you had a pair they would normally start trying at about 9 months and will have their technique down by about a year old.

at 6.5cms i would suggest he is still a couple of months away but if you get a mature female sometimes they can force them into it

I have had a spawn from a female that was 8 months old and a male that was a little older
