cave fight

it seems all my plecos what the same log cave but the bigger has taken control of it

The fighting for the cave could prevent them from using it for it's purpose.

On the pics I see a lady waiting for the "result".

i'm not sure if tht one underneath is a female or not? she as a few small bristles on the edge of its face like around the rim and i just put i what i think is a common female in there.

You could get a couple pieces of bog wood and drill caves into them or buy something that is very similar maybe?

ya where i live its kinda hard to get wood because kinda far from major stores and its winter so i can't really go out side and find some

Great pics. As stated above you need more caves. There's one simple little word that can solve your problem... eBay But a couple caves off there to reduce that aggresson

i ended up taking out the common female she wasn't looking to good in there. ya could get some more i have three caves in there but they all want that one

I have found if a cave is higher than the rest they do tend to favour it so either lowering it to the same level as the others or getting more elevated caves will help.Another thing I have observed is that they like caves that are at an upward angle so that is why they both want that cave because it is high and at an upward angle.Try to keep all caves the same if you have more than 1 male.

What is wrong with your female?

she was smaller i think she was getting beaten up

No,I have never had a problem as the males do not allow anything into the cave.They fan it out immediately if anything does happen to go in even a tiny piece of flake or anything at all and my caves are only at a slight angle.
