Nice ABN, do you think it's simply a physical abnormality or could it be a genetic twist? it would be interesting to see what his/hers offspring turn out like.

There are a few theories about pugnosed (more often called snubnose in the UK) fish. Some think that it a recessive gene, other that it caused by water in the breeding tank being too hard and/or too alkaline, hard and alkaline water is believed to make fish eggs harder. Because it might be genetic the breeding of snubnosed fish is best avoided.

Froggy is still alive and well cheers 

He lives in a temporary home with some Black Calvus at the momen but eats like a pig lol
