Tuscan Black Kale Empty
PostSubject: Tuscan Black Kale   Tuscan Black Kale EmptySat Apr 07, 2012 7:52 am

Hi guys, Just thought I'd let you know, I have had a lot of luck with Tuscan Black Kale With my Commons and Albinos. They love it and it's meant to have even more vitamins etc than broccoli. I have it growing in my garden, I just nuke it in the microwave for a couple of mins on high to soften it as it's quite a hard leafy vegetable. It can have a bitof a smell if left in too long or microwaved for too long though.

Hope this helps guys Very Happy
