| Hi I'm wondering is it possible to cross a Calico BN with an Orangespot or are they a completey different species. If its possible id like to see pics of what you could get. Also is there a Longfin variety of the Orangespots. Hope you don't find this a stupid question. | |

| No they can not interbreed. They are separate species. And as far as I know there are no longfin varieties of orange spot bn. There are no stupid questions so never be afraid to ask. We are always glad to help Also alot of questions have already been asked here so it doesn't hurt to use the search function for the forum | |

| Ok so that helps. So I could keep Orangespots,Peppermints and Bristlenose together without worrying about them cross breeding thanks for that | |

| I wouldn't be surprised if peppermints bred with your calicos, but not sure. | |

| nope, peppermints would not cross with the calicos. Not sure about the orange spots and peps tho. iv never kept them so i mite let doug answer that one. Off the top of my head i woudnt think they would interbreed tho... | |
