Well, either leave him to it to learn or remove them and look after them yourself.I would leave well alone if it was me but it is up to you.If you aren't happy leaving them to chance then remove them.

I second that, I would leave them.
You didn't say what sort of cave/area the eggs were laid in. If they are fairly exposed, and you have a decent amount of water movement, they may not need fanning. In my experience males seem to know this, so perhaps they are already receiving enough oxygen and current to keep them healthy?

I thought he would because usualy they don't stay with them if they aren't going to care for them. That is why i asked if you were absolutely sure that he wasn't fanning them.I am glad all is well and congrats on the spawn.

yup first time for this pair tht have been together for one day before they bred. i put her who was gravid in a tank with another female and her father and she was caving up with her dad and i didn't really want tht to happen so i took him out and put an albino male with her.

Hi and congrats on the wigglers ! Yep Sarah is correct they will more than likely be all common in colouration, unless the female carries the albino gene but that still wouldn't guarantee any albinos even if she does. The only way to guarantee albinos is to breed a pair of albinos.
