| That's actually not to bad of a price- current bid is sitting at 54pounds which works to be about $110-$115 in OZ dollars (considering these are in limited numbers in OZ) I'd go get them tommorrow if they were here. Pepps are still running up $200+ for a pair in OZ and thats a questionable breeding pair-- guaranteed breeders , keep going with the dollars. So i guess yes it could financially beneficial. J | |

| Horrid import restrictions I know it's close to a 20hour flight from the UK and that could stress the fish a lot but what about L144's , Super reds and the other tank breed species, they should be the types of fish that are allowed to travel to other countries, it's not like they are wild caught Zebs (L046). Now if you had a breeding pair of these in OZ (L046) you could just about retire in a few years, provided you can find people willing to fork out $2000 a fish. J | |

| Good luck with that Curby - it was only a few months ago some guy got caught bringing "armoured catfish"( I'm only guessing PLECS) into the country-- that little exercise score him a period in the lockup and a fine that will take him most of his natural born life to pay. I'd advise against the suitcase caper J | |

Cha Ching....just think if you had a nice tank to grow your Bn's out to a breeding size and sell them as pair's......if feed well it wouldnt take that long...within a year or so you could have loadsa pairs to sell....... same person as advertised three pairs first pair went for £104 another £127 dont know what the third pair went for but he must be well chuffed. hes put the hard work into breeding and rearing them so good luck to him. im doing the same thing with 20 pairs of unrelated albinos. ive got the males in my koi vat and the females in a four foot tank. im not sure wheather i should pair them up and get them to spawn or just sell them as sexed pairs whats your thoughts on this guys

| It doesn't take long for all them 1" fivers to turn into a nice chunk of coin(+ your talking pounds that's about $12-$15 in OZ), I really need my Pepps to get rockin to get anywhere near that sort of price instead of $2.50-$3 a head for commons. And the prices I mentioned on the pepps b4 that was shop price , a little cheaper if privately brought, all though the price on the L046 are from a private seller : imagine what the shops would try and pop ya.
