| Hi,it looks like either a prolapse,a hernia,a blockage or a growth.Very hard to guess just by a picture.Whatever it is it doesn't look good.I am only guessing so don't take my word for it as I have never seen anything like this in a fish.My advice would be to quarantine her so that she isn't going to lay eggs or try to lay eggs and will get some piece by herself at feeding times etc and just keep a close eye on her to see if anything else developes.
