just got this email from someone i know



morning dean

i have some ancistrus multippinis. im not sure how they will turn out because i carnt find a corect picture. at the moment they are brown with pale spots all over them. they look very nice.

if you want to come over. your welcome to have alook if you want your going to like these.



as anyone heard of these as i cannot find any either. the only one i know of is the one with the greayish blue spots from rio
any help would be greatfull

yeah thats the one i was discribing mate the one with the greayish blue spots could,nt remember the number need my books back.
well ill soon know what they look like. im going to go look he normally finds me nice stuff so would be rude not to lol!

White-girdled B/N and known as A.albocinctus
Distribution: smaller coastal rivers ,south east brazil- Rio de janeiro
And yes your right deano they are a lighter grey in colour with lighter blueish-grey spots.
Nice looking fish from the plates in "back to nature" guide , no Lnumber supplied in that guide -will try to source 1
as the day goes by.
