| at about 10 months old they can breed. maybe they will be 6-8cms im just guessing | |

| This is my male with his first batch of eggs, he was only 5cms and the female was slightly smaller. His bristles had only just started growing around the edges and there were none on his snout. | |

| maturaty varys a lot with bristlenose. as a rule 9-10 months or 6ish cms should put you in the ball park. of course there are exceptions to the rule. and Jim showed with that cracker of a shot!!!
if they do breed young though expect small spawns and maybe a few discarded eggs. but they will improve over time. | |
