Breeding and sexing Golden Nugget pleco's

what is the average price for a golden nugget and as any one had any luck sexing them or breeding them in the uk?

Price: i normally see them for sale in fish shops around £35 - 55 but i don't know if there is any fixed at all, they are probably priced to match their size, as of yet i have never seen one below 3 inches.

Sexing: I am not sure for certain but apparently extremely hard to sex, i read once that they have a noticable difference in the size of their odontodes when adults? But as i said before, not sure

Breeding: never bred them or know anyone who has bred them, but this is one fish i really want to breed alongside BNs I think they need a water current flowing into their cave to breed and i know that it is very difficult.

never owned them so cant comment on price or breeding. Sexing is tough, but i assume it would be similar to the other hypans. Body shape is one of the easiest, although not terribly accurate methods. Get some pics from above and look at the body shapes, more straight sides is male, more rounded is female. also, the nose is more promounced in the female.
