| Hi, i just got my first Bristlenose yesterday and i just dropped in a algae wafer about 2 hrs ago since my little bristlenose seems to be active in the day time too. A lot of my other fishes (swordtails and mollies) are eating the algae wafer and my little bristlenose seems a little shy to join in, he eats a little bit of it every now and then but swims away after a few seconds of feeding on it. I had to remove the wafer from the tank since my other fishes seems to be overfeeding themselves... I'm not sure how i will feed him without the other fishes bothering him...  I was thinking of dropping in a slice of cucumber tonight and see how he goes, but i'm not exactly sure whether the other fishes will bother him again or not... help?  Some advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. | |

| Feed your bristlenose at night, about an hour after lights out.
I keep oscars with my bristlenose and if i throw in an algae wafer you can guess who gets it first! | |
