look like ulcers but not sure

Hi, this dosen't look like ulcers to me it looks more like "gas bubble disease" this is were the water is supersaturated with oxygen or nitrogen,

This could be caused by something like an algal bloom or sudden heating of cold water (if you put cold water in a bucket you will notice lots of air bubbles on the side of the bucket)

This excess gas can be absorbed by the fish into the blood vessels and shows as bubbles in the fins and skin, if the bubbles form in delicate tissue like the gills or eyes it can lead to death, it is similar to the bends that human divers get when they surface to quickly.
