PostSubject: Hi from Oklahoma   Fri Nov 06, 2009 6:20 pm

Hi all,
I'm Carla and I'm new to keeping pleco's. I hope to learn alot here.
I have a pair of albino bristlenose that have spawned but my goldies ate most of the eggs. I think one baby made it. Next time I'll separate the eggs from the tank. I think I know where they were.

High _carla_ and welcome to the forum cheers
That's a bit of a shame about ABN's getting eaten - "goldies" what goldies,
please don't say goldfish lol!
Enjoy your time on the forum.

Thanks for the nice welcome Smile
I've got a couple of Tosakins, a ranchu and a telescope in a 75 gallon tank with the albino bristlenose.
I can't wait to learn about pleco's..
I'm from Moore, outside of OKC..

Are the calico's long or short fin? They are so pretty. I'll have to look up the L numbers to see what they look like.
What is the smallest bristlenose?

My calicos are shortfin. But looking for some longfins to. Which I'll probably order off aquabid. I have some dwarf albino longfins that max out with longfins at 4inches. Body wise is only 2 inches.
