breeding bns,corys & vaious other fish for sale

Due to moving home i am sadly having to sell my beloved fish as 400mile journey would be too much for them..

im currently at mablethorpe in lincolnshire. and sorry but i wont post so collection only.

no pics available at present as virus on my comp ..

these are what i have ..i am open to offers..


4 x rummynose tetras =£6.

10 x mixture of cardinals/1 neon tetras/green neons = £7.

5 x adult breeding sunset platys = £5.

12 x sunset platy juvis/fry nice size = £5.

breeding pair of common bn = £12. (have between 40 -100s fry a time)

breeding pair of common bn = £12. (have between 40-100 fry at a time)

2 x bn fry =£ 3.00

7 x bronze corys adult breeding group = £8.

7 x pepperd corys adult breeding group (1 has very high fins) =£ 8.

4 x c-trilli corys = £ 6.

1 x reticulatus cory = £2.

1 x bolivian dwarf ram = £1.50

5 x otoclinctus = £10.

also bucket full of rock oceean rock i think= offers considered

but over a 3hour drive i cant,

why carnt postage be an option as i took delivery of x10 1" plecs an x6 shrimps this morning from london an are all fine an lively

i to have recieved fish via a courier which are still live and healthy but the guy who sent them new what he was doing and i dont .....its gutting me to part with them so i want whats best for my fish and thats to be collected sorry..x

I've had L333's delivered from Queensland with out a drama which is a 3 hour flight plus Aquis taking a look,
I reckon 1X 3hr trip you should be right AngelDelight, if you really want the fish that is.

yea i would but over a 6hr round trip(around 320miles) in my car will cost approx £50+ in juice plus the cost of fish, yea i really want them but not at that sorta money, as postage will be a fraction of that price

whats the chances of meeting halfway? i have polly boxes etc for tansport home

yeh 50 quid is a great deal but 320 miles ...lol

shame your so far ..as busy with move and i also have to do 2 x 400 mile trips before the move to go sign stuff etc i justhavent time to meet as basialy once housing say i have to come down sign etc i need to go and at present they havent gave any def date ..so with packing this end and sorting out for a move around 15th march its just impossible for me im, so sorry i cant help ..

just to add both pairs of bns have had new fry again ..they came out yesterday so now im guessing these will be too young for my lfs to take so whatever there is may have to go with these ..
also the bronze corys spawned today infact they started this morning and theyre still going strong mad frenzy but im leaving eggs to mother nature as i just cant have more..

just to add been told 1 female bn maybe a calico ..she changes colour ..

arent common bns , ancistrus ,calico all the same ?

most bristlenose species are Labled as Ancistrus...Calico is a throw out of colouration from the common...

cheers curby xx was hoping someone would explain it for me ..i remember the breeder i prev brought one pair from saying he had bred from black n red male calico n brown female ..but unsure if these were from those bns ..

all my bns are from different parents so as not same breed lines and the fry have so many different patterns ,shades ive been tempted to keep some but couldnt ..sob sob...

as you all no i was waiting a call to go to cornwall well got to sign thur early morning so going early wed as 400 mile trip 1 way and sleeping over..expected this call ..but sorry to say means would mean leaving my fish and then making rehoming them take longer ..well a neighbour called today to say shes changed her mind and is taking all of them in 1 hour ..so sorry to anyone who may have been interested but im gonna let them go to her i have to have my fishes best interest and a very short trip across the street and less stress is better for them ..plus their going in a 5ft tank a 4ft and a 2ft so i no theyre gonna be cared for .
