Hi BNfam. Last evening I lost my last L144. Breeder said born last week of June, got 4 of them in August. They all got ick in August then in November I got neon tetras, but missed neon tetra disease, didnt loose any fish other than the neons, they seemed fine when I moved them to the 40G, but stopped growing the last 2 months, remained small at 6 months compared to my other BN's. They were living in 40G with other BN's ( older & bigger). Parameters good, stable & as per usual. Wondering if anyone else has had seemingly genetic issues with L144's, or could it be they got neon tetra disease and I didn't notice? Might try a different breeder next time but any thoughts would be helpful, thanks.

I’ve had fish I’ve bred that get to a certain size then just start losing weight then just die off. The rest of the clutch are absolutely fine but just some seem weaker.

Okay that makes sense. My other BN's and fish have grown at a regular rate and haven't been as sick as these guys and so frequently ill, appreciate your insight.
