In no way at all have i ever breed bn to get money, but one of my lfs gave me £81 at the weekend for 81 babies Very Happy

I was really chuffed as i've never got money for them before only given them away.

I hate giving them to a new home though always worry they wont feed them enough

this is great news although non of us breed bn's to get money its virtually impossible once they begin to spawn on a regular basis..
you would simply be overun with fry and have no tank space a bit like me lol....

This also shows any viewing guest's that not only are these an amazing species but they can also pay for themselves many many time's over...

Nice one it can be sometimes difficult to get a LFS to take them, but £1 each is average price

Ellie, if you can't give them away you may aswell take the 81 pound,
or like Curby said soon enough you wont have any tank space for them.

you will get from 3-4 euro a piece from them over here at 2 inches. But there are lots of lads breeding the common bn, so i guess the price will drop soon.
I havent sold any yet as i want to build up my colonys, at least 3 females to every male.
At the moment i have lots of males..
