Hi guys,

golden nugget looks very skinny and has not moved all day so i just got him in the net an he looks like this (all sunken in around his belly)

what do think it is an what can i do to fix him?

i saw this post a little late ......

Gutted for you mate its a real nice plec...

I would have said internal parasites but at that stage it would have been hard to treat...

It looks really ill....internal parasites are nasty and could have also put your plec off eating....

make sure non of your other plecs are showing the same sign's...if they are then treat straight away...

wafers, cucumber, odd bit of tomato, they love my cat fish tablets too, all the rest seem fine, i thought something wasnt right as i added plants yesterday an he didnt move from the corner other than that i probs wouldnt have thought anything, looking at the rest of my plecs they seem fine nice fat bellys

what should i use to treat? any recommendations

kusuri wormer plus treats internal helminths plus body flukes i use this and find it to be very good.
