Best way to be with most L numbers, they breed more prolifically as a trio owing to competition between the females

If it is really a true L144 then i would stop it breeding with the commons ASAP! True L144 are actually quite rare and getting rarer as people breed with with commons diluting the bloodline Sad

If you really have L144 I would keep the bloodline as true as possible. even going so far as to remove all other breeding options.
