| my first plec was a common which i lent off a friend to clear up a algae problem i had i guess i just forgot to return him my dream plec would have to be i am in the same boat as you john L 250 these are like gold dust and the ones that do come available sell for more than zebs, but failing that i would settle for L 236 | |

| My first plecs are common brown bristlenoses, which I still have cause I just recently started the aquarium hobby But looking at all of your pics, I would deffinetly want one of those other L Ones Still learning which are which, so at the moment not sure which one exactly | |

| How ru doin guys, I think I'm in the same boat as most people , my first plec was 2 tiny little common B/N which turned out to be 2 good breeding females, then the little L001 followed , he then started to big for the tank and a new one was purchased. God help me if I ever find a nice big Panaque Cochlidon up for grabs. Cheers J | |

| Lol, My first pleco's were a common and a gibby. Got them at the same time. Bad luck for me that I didn't know how big they got... Had two different twenty gallons one for each. The common grew faster and I got rid of him first, and I ended up getting rid of my gibby after some considerable dwarfism and a year. Gave both(donated) them to a Family owned LFS. | |

| Our first was a common my daughter named Freddy, then came Mischief and Reanna, both of them also commons. Last night I bought a rubbermouth, and hopefully next week I will get my first BN. | |
