| hey all-im new to the site, just got 11 bn from ebay. got them in a 29g tank for quarantine till i put a few in the 75g. i had a flower pot and a azoo sponge filter that was kind of bad with algae...well these guys and gals should be union! those items are clean as brand new. seems as if the bn are messy-as in ummm...alot of poop! i do a daily w/c of about 30%. some a few questions though...when u feed them a green bean-do u cook it? and another is about breeding-never thought i would be interested in breeding them-but hey i got 6 albino and 5 brown-hopefully they will take off. as for caves im just going to get a few clay pots-and break them in half. and just what else do they eat? yea-i know peas..and zuchini. but do u cook them? yea-i got alot of questions-so ill be visiting this site more and more everyday. thanks, Rich | |

| I feed mine on Courgette (Zucchi) Cucumber Lettuce, Algea wafers and bloodworm and lobster eggs...... Bn are fairly easy to breed if given the right conditions once they are old enough..... good luck with them and we will all gladly help you | |

| i just toss in any veggie raw. give it a rinse under the tap to make sure it clean and then weigh it down for the breeder tank and just let it float in the show tank. My big L023 will just hang from the surface eating away. funny stuff. | |
