My Tame L182 Female..

Just thought id share this to see if anybody has a female like mine...

My female L182 sits quitely waiting for her zucchini..and at the same time everynight about 7 ish she come's off her regular spot on the bogwood and sits in the exact spot on the gravel everytime...

As iam putting my arm in the tank with the zucc on a fork she doesnt even give me the time to get it in position, she is on the zucc whilst the fork is still in my hand, and today i thought id try stroking her lol sound daft i no, but thats what i did and she didnt even budge...she wasnt botherd atol..maybe because she was to interestid in feeding i dont no...

iam now convinced that i could cup the zucchini in my hand and she would feed off it on my hand....to prove this i will get the pics if i do it...

Does anybody else have a female like this????

I don't have a plec that will do that, but I want to see pics of it!

I have been trying to take some good one's but as iam using my mobile phone i cant get a decent one...

mine scarper as soon as i go near the tank

my commons are pretty scared of being touched. but my longfin is very tame like yours. if he is on a piece of wood, i can even lift the wood out of the water with him hanging on and he doesnt budge. after a few seconds he drops but as soon as i hold the wood in the water he swims back over. =)

Just like my female mate she is the only one like that.....she isnt bothered atol that my hand is in the tank
i can virtually stroke her seems mad but true............thanks for the reply zane

just the other day i was patting him again and he came over, sucked on my hand and just stayed there. i even lifted my hand out of the water and it stayed sucked on there. its so good that its a longfin too cos its so soft to touch. its almost like a dog or something that loves a pat. weird but so awesome =)

awsum stuff, my common did similar but never sucked on my hand, just kinda swirled around it whats it feel like to be sucked by a bn? hahahaha
