HELP !!! ASAP

there is like a white filmm on the inside of my tank ... really really thin with tiny white dots it feels oily



i cant get a proper pic of it but u can kinda see it on the glass

i need to know what it is asap ?? !!!!

I HAVE JUST PUT A PEICE OF PVC PIPE IN THE TANK AS A CAVE FOR MY BRISTELNOSE COULD I BE FROM THAT ????

Was the tank clear before you put the pipe in??
If so it could be from that...
Ask yourself a simple question? What have i done different recently????

Also it might be my super sonic eyes but im sure i can see Planeria on your glass..little white worms....

Look closely at your glass and see if you can see anything small moving around on the glass,,...

Did you clean the pipe before you put it in the tank to remove any residue that might have been on it? Even if the pipe wasn't coated with something during manufacture, who knows what may have spilled on it at the hardware store.
I also see what appears to be planeria in the photo.

I'd remove the pipe and do a daily 20% water change with a gravel cleaner until there is a sign of improvement. If you have any test kits check for raised levels of ammonia or nitrates.

If they are Planaria then it's a good sign your overfeeding. Even though Planaria do not harm fish, they are an indicator that the aquarium has a problem. They require a food source, which means there must be excess food wastes in the tank to support them.

Looking at the pipe and the goldfish next to it, the opening is to big if it's for breeding your BN's.

Planeria on your glass..little white worms.... curby thats just scratches on the glass of my tank .. its an old second hand tank ... ans yeah im due to clean the whole tank so i might do that and remove the pvc pipe for awhile my britelnose wont be to happy he moved from his log to the pvc pipe
