so I caught her and put her in a plastic container hoping I could get a few good pics that way. She's not very happy in these shots and is all I could do today. here is a couple of the mouth

It looks like an L182 Ancistrus Punctactus. Have a look at the L182 PROFILE HERE and compare your fish, when it's not stressed, against Curbys photos

thanks all. In her tank she looks black and I can't see the spots. I have had her for years and is about 5 inches now. I hope she's not past her prime. I thought I'd add an old pic that I may have used on planet catfish for an ID.
They were no help with this one. Thanks again folks. If I were to find a male listed as the same species how can I tell if its true? Aren't there a few look a likes?

yeh there are a few look a likes.... if you could try and get a pic before you buy and post it here, otherwise you may have to take a chance and buy one then post on here and if it turns out not to be the same species then im pretty sure you would get your money back...my female is a good 6-7 inch...
