A friend of mine has started using defrosted spinach for his plecs - are they ok for bn or is it the same as the canned veg?

Frozen spinach should be OK, the difference is that canned vegetables usually can have additives that help preserve shelf life. There are more healthier options for canned vegetables these days but I'd always prefer to use fresh or frozen options. Very Happy

frozen is a good alternative, especially when you can not get out to get fresh due to bad weather Smile
