Hi everybody,i'm hoping someone will be able to provide some info to help me splve an ident' mystery.Yesterday I found a beautiful male/female pair of B.N.'s that the retailer had listed as L059(a) Hoplogenys. I was pretty sure they wern't as described as I am familliar with "hoplogenys",they are both about 5" in length, the male being slightly heavier in biuld. Both fish are very dark brown with a velvet appearance, there are patches of a orange/red sheen on thier backs and along the leading edges of fins but there are no spots or any hint or sighn that there have been any. Does the (a) denote a form of L059 without spots? I can't find any info in books or on the net so any help will be much apprieciated. Thanks all MIKE. P.s. I will try to post pics as soon as I can get some!!
