Triggered them by doing 2-20% coldwater changes. Temp 79F , ammonia 0, nitrite 0, other water conditions are not monitored atm

Feeding schedule was Algae wafers, pleco logs, pure veggie flakes, fresh veg including zuccini 90%, brocolli 5%, peas 5%.

Tank size is 33g 3ft planted/bogwood with Aquaclear 70 HoB filter and airstone running 24/7. Cave was upside down instant coffee lid with cutout opening (he had his choice of pvc pipe and bored out bogwood cave as well )

They are the only fish in this tank.

He is still in his cave, only peeks his head out when I either drop food on top of it or put my hand in the tank to retrieve it (he is very friendly). His bristles have gotten some color (orange) and his tail (rear half of his body) has gone pink. He has been working so hard and is a great dad as far as I can tell. He only measures 2" from tip to tip and hope he will have many more babies to come. This was both his and her first spawn

Breeding tank... 33g 3ft

Nice tank mate and lol the fry are starting to litter the glass already. Ahhh they are cute indeed
