| alright my male and my female have both found different caves. i only have 2 cabes in this tank and they both found one...... the dont stay together or try to spawn.... and why does the female need a cave to start with ? | |

| I'd take the females cave out. I have two breeding logs at either end of the six foot tank I have. And am thinking of removing one of the logs. Although the alf male doesn't go near the other log. Try that and see what happens, my bet is that she will go to his cave and soon you will have little BN Fry. Good luck and let me know how you get on. | |

| Hi,I disagree about taking the cave out as the female will need a hiding place just like the male.Do you have any wood in the tank for them?Are you positive that it is female and not a sub male? | |
