| Hello, I am new to the aquarium world and just started a 29 gallon tank 3 weeks ago, I have 9 glo fish, 3 glo fish tetras, and today i added a wonderful bristlenose to my tank! =] I have some good hiding spots as well as a volcano aerator. My BN is still a little guy and i was wondering what would be a good scavenger friend to help him clean up the bottom of my tank. I also got algae waffers for him. Any advice would be great! | |

| Hi, If it's cleanup your looking for I personally like kuhli loaches (Pangio kuhlii). They are fairly flexible with water parameters and they really do look awesome in my opinion. However if you want to stick with a south american theme then as Doug recomends you can't go past cory's

| Thanks again, would you suggest just one? Also i was reading that sharp substrate can hurt corys when they are scavenging. I currently have Petco Black Lagoon Aquarium Gravel. Is that too sharp for them? I'd post a link to it but i don't have the privilege to yet.
