| why dont either of my young males stay in the cave. my old male is in there all the time. figure this is something they do when they are not mature enough.

| Give the young males tanks, caves and females to themselves. Won't be long til the young males are in caves wagging they're tails. | |

| each pair has a tank to there own. my oldest male has 2 females and a cave. the youngest has 2 females and a cave. the middle pair only has 1 female and a cave. but there is a pair of angel fish in there too. | |

| My breeding male is never in his cave unless he is about to do the wild thing. He will clean it a couple days before she drops her eggs.

| alright cool. i guess ill leave him alone in this tank. i am building a stand for 2 more tanks so he will be alone with his own female again. he is in there with all my growing fry right now and i think there is a younger male in there now. this male is just now showing bristles. | |
