| Hi guys,
I'm not one for impulse buys but walked into a lfs today and walked
out with 2 gold nugget plecs, I just had to have them, stunning fish.
Now I'm a newbi to plecs so need advice on what to feed them, can
I feed them the same diet as my bn's?

| they prefer a higher amount of protein than bristlenose like most hypans. few extra bloodworms will do the trick  | |

| Hi Steven,i suggest you do plenty of research on the internet about them,there is quite a bit of information about golden nuggets out there.They like a warmer temp and a slightly different diet and they have been known to starve in captivity.They like a very good oxygen level and water movement.Just a little info i can remember about them.
