Albinos are common BNs without any colour pigment. So albinos are pale pink/ orange and with red eyes. They are generally quite a bit paler than L144.
L144 are orange with black or very dark blue eyes.
The albino gene is wide spread in the common BNs you get in this country so it is quite usual to get albino offspring when breeding common BNs or to get high rates of albinoism when crossing commons and albinos.
However L144 can only be obtained by breeding L144 together. Crossing them with common BNs results in all the fry being dark like common BNs.

Yes it is. She takes up a lot of that male L144's time. He spends more time hatching her eggs than any other female. | |
