Help me to determine please

Here are some photos of two fishes, I can't tell for sure is this two females because they have some bristle around mouth but one of them is 6cm, other 9cm and i believe that bristles must have been bigger at this stage if I have males. Picture are not good but please download them and take a look, if you are not sure take a guess.
