| hi my names daniel and i have recently gotten into bristlenose breeding. i was wondering it was bad to have 2 males in the same tank when trying to breed?

| sometime yes and sometimes no i have had breeding with 3 males and 5 females in one tank but the other only a trio will male and 2 females | |

| Hi and welcome to Bristlenose World ,it can depend on the size of the tank and the amount of caves and the set up.Also only one of the males may breed with the females.Unless you have a large tank it is best just to have the one in my opinion. | |

| yeah, it depends on the tank and if you are really trying to breed or if it would just be nice. I have about 5 males in my 500ltr tank but I'm not trying to breed them, they are just for display. Oh, and a hearty welcome to Bristlenose world | |
