New soft food I con cocked up. Great for Cichlid fry to adult and Plecos
Take a 15 OZ can of cooked green peas and drain the water. Take the peas and mash them against metal screen strainer with a tablespoon, if you like you can put the peas in a food processor for a few seconds before you strain. This will make it easier to strain the shells away from the meat of the peas. Take 6 to 8 large eggs separate the Yolk from the albumen ( raw egg white ). Add the yolk's and the mashed peas together and mix well. Take a frying pan put a few drops of virgin or extra virgin olive oil in it. Wipe the whole inside of the frying pan with a paper towel to spread the olive oil around the inside the frying pan, make sure you coat the whole inside of the frying pan with a micro thin layer of olive oil. Put the frying pan on a low flame. Put about 1/2 of a cup of the peas and egg yolk mixture into the frying pan and cover. You will have to check on it every minute or so. When it gets little holes in the mixture and it is firm it done. I take out with a spatula it is ready to use, take unused portion and refrigerate. It is a great soft food I feed it to all my fish.
Good luck let me know if any of you tires it and how it worked for you.
