This was sold to me as a common bristlenose does it look right?

Def not. The eyes are too large and the colouring is not that of a common.

Not too sure what is is though. I must admit i have got slack on my Pleco IDs but all I can say is that if you bought this for the price of a common then you have had a massive win!!

Thanks Doug I bought 3 1 is a common then this one and the 3rd is an albino only ones left in my LFS cost all of £6 for the 3 Very Happy

For now, my bet is - one of the hypostomuses.
The better pic you post, the better your chances that someone'd know.
There are about 3K known species of catfish.

she is about 3" long all 3 of the fish were in same tank all about the same size so as soon as I saw them I had to have them common bristlenose?? 3813960834

If you are gonna keep it with your BN's i would suggest getting a large tank...it will grow huge affraid
