| All bushynose love snow peas. I put them in boiling water for 5 minutes then cool and freeze them on a cookie sheet and then store them in a plastic bag so that they will not freezer burn. To feed them drop them in warm water split them open and watch the plecos jump on them.
I also feed Brussels Sprouts. You buy them ready frozen. Drop them in warm water until they thaw then pull them apart and feed them. I got this from Ingo Seidel.
Kale has more nutrition than anything you can feed. Buy a bunch put it in a plastic bag and freeze it. To feed pull out a leaf and anchor it in the tank. The plecos won't eat it until the second or third day when it has started to brake down. | |
