| hi, i'm not really new to the site, but i've never introduced myself. I'm in the USA, florida i have many fish and many tanks! my most plentiful fish at the moment are BN's.
they all live in a larger tank with community fish. i wish they'd stop having babies!
I started with a long finned male and a short fin female. there are now many offspring a few years later and they are long and short finned and any color combo you can think of!
I also have a few Kitty Cats and three little birds, (2 Budgies and 1 Green Cheek Conure)
I recently had to bring my BN's into the house cuz Florida winter can get a bit too cold at night. That is why they are now in the big community tank. | |

| Hi there LittleFish, Make that 2 from Australia - c'mon Aussies back Doug up... can't let the crowd from USA take the sweepstakes! You guys over there have access to so many gorgeous bn's. I have the main 3 you find down under - common, albino and marble, in short and long fins. And mine breed like crazy too! I did a thread in the successful breeders log and just updated yesterday with photos. What varieties of bn's do you have? Have a great day. | |

| honestly Julie I have every fin and color combo! long and short finned too. and truthfully each teen looks very different from the next, with different patterns and some look more spotted while some look more like smears of color! and some have this gorgeous black edging on the tail. they seem to fade out just a bit as they reach adulthood. | |
