NAHICE, that first pic is a screamer, nice bold pattern on him, can't say I've fallen in love- unlike the Rio paraguay, there like the centerfold in a dirty fish magazine.

Just read on another forum someone recently acquired some of these so they are around to be had

just seen the thred on the 309 nice fish and thumbs up to geeman but the rio paraquay blinds them imo but their both on my wish list.

They look like a cross between a common bn and a L34...

Stunning....

if you look up medusa pleco you will find a species exactly the same shape and bristle's but a diff colour so id say its a spin off from the medusa species...
