| What do people use Airstone or Powerheads
All my discus tanks are in the FH and have airstones My main 5 foot tank is on a sump so not needed But in the process of setting up new pleco tank which has an internal filter so need to add either a airstone or powerhead, also looking at aquaballs (which gives added filtration) and wondered what everyone else uses.

| High Jagtazman, all 3 of my tanks have airstones, powerheads(that are plumbed up with the extra air line)and the corner sponge filters which also add to airation, can't get enough airation in my opinion. J | |

| i use a large twin pump with a large ball stone on either side plus i have an extra fluval 3 plus filter which sits just on the surface to create a river flow...
Ive heard the aquaball is a great all in one unit and will be getting one myself soon.....
When keeping Bn's you must remember they come from flowing river's and as you no river's produce lots of O2 naturally....so your Bn will thrive in well Oxygenated tank enviroments........

| All our BN's in the fish room have a double sponge filter and a home made box filter, this way plenty of oxygen and water movement, and all run from the air ring | |
