| I just wondered if they ever stop having babies or just sometimes have a bit of a longer break . The fish shop will only take them at an inch and half long so im running out of room. Got loads more babies only a few weeks after the last lot. They are so cute though | |

| mmm not really. once they get breeding they keep doing it. you could slow them down a bit by not feeding them as much as usual, thats what i do when i have lots of fry - it takes longer for the female to get fatter again. other way is just separate them then you have nothing to worry about. ah if only i lived closer to you id love to take some off your hands hehe. | |

| Good reply zane just about hit the nail on the head, the only to "stop" them breeding is to seperate the males from females, you can slow them down by removing caves and opening up the landscape but as discovered in another post it doesn't "stop" them -- They'll just go and spawn on a ruddy rock. | that was a problem i had with an albino pair had to get rid of them in the end lol Once they start they WONT stop | |
