my rena tank

hi all i bought a second hand rena tank, 48x24x16 really nice the guy said a bulb was out so i thought nothing of it whats a new bulb i stored it in my garage till my extension was finished within 6 hours of setting it up a horrible smell then all my electrics bleww,
the light system had died, and rena have since gone out of buisness,
im looking at the acadia led lights can anyone give me any feed back on these units, as dont wont to spend £120 and not be any good, cheers guys your feed back would be greatful
