| has anyone got one ??? i had and the guy at the aquaruim store said it would be fine in the tank ( mind you i got it before i got my bristel nose ) and now its chasing my fish around the tank ... what should i do | |

| the get big and agressive and prob should get rid of it. take it back to the shop and see if you can have some store credit or something | |

| its so hard to catch i floated a bit of cucumber in a net in the tank and had to wait , then i caught it and put it in a jar and then it nearlly died in the jar so i put it back in the tank . | |

| had mine two years and I find as ong as you dont under feed the fish then it is alright.
it does chase occasionally but it as never bitten any of my other Bristlenose as yet, though who is to say you do not get a rogue one now and again like any other fish.
I would say keep a eye on it and any signs of it nipping then take back, only time I see it chase is when you feed as it appears defesive and territorial when fed, but my peppermint bristlenose are way worse than my chinese algae eater.
