| Hi i want to put my breeding pair of bristlenose in my main 150ltr tank but the will look a bit lonly on there on and boring because thay hide half the time to do you have any ideas on fish i can have that will not eat my fry. eg maybe neons | |

| danio's are nice fish to make a change, also guppies in the tank can help the pleco's to breed at a later date.
some may say it may not but always seems to spur my pleco's along....
also platie's are good.... and what about sword tails tooooo...

Lj LJ's right, there is a theory that hormones given off by livebeareres during mating can trigger Bn's to spawn. I must say that when I had Endlers in with my trio I never had to trigger a spawn but after I removed them I did. | |

Well you know Guppies If you started with a couple of trios you'll have a tank full in no time. As far as I know this is only a theory but there are breeders who swear by it. | |
